On a scale of 1 to 10, how important do you think exercising is?
For me, it is a definite 10! Although, i'm guilty of not always making it to the gym (sometimes I just sit in my workout clothes for hours) BUT, I always have good intentions, ha!
Living in NYC of course, I do so much walking everyday, which I LOVE. But, now being in Thailand, i'm having to push myself to get to the gym more.
I know that finding the motivation can be tough, so sometimes i'll buddy up with my sister Olivia. We've gone through some pretty gnarly cleanses together.
But, anyways, i'm always curious to hear from you!…and if you ever need a motivation buddy, i'm your girl ;)
Everyday is a new chance to improve and be a better, happier and healthier you!
